I’ve been using this service for years, and the app would be useful, but they’ve set it up to log out the user constantly. Which means anytime I need to reach out to a guest, I have to go through their slow 2FA. Might as well use the app the guest booked through and avoid the hassle of using this.Plus trying to reach out directly to Hospitable to offer suggestions is difficult. They send you off to another site where you have to set up a new account and then those suggestions sit for years. Even the most highly upvoted suggestions have been sitting for over a year. So I’m trying my luck here. Please disable the logout function. Netflix and Airbnb can send app updates without requiring a new login, why can’t you? And you do it every time I open the app. It’s impossible to use.

I like this software as a PMS for my properties as it is very easy to set up and use with minimal learning curve. The API integration with other apps such as the booking calendars, turno for cleaners and Mailchimp for marketing are terrific. The mobile app however is limited to use outside of messaging guests. I do love and use the AI feature to respond. The software is adding features regularly which is great and overall the ease of use is perfect. But I can see myself outgrowing this software when I add more properties down the road. For now it’s good enough and cost effective

I don’t know why there are bad reviews for this. For the price we pay and all of the functionality it provides, also the new features that are continually being added and the quick and cordial customer support it definitely deserves 5 stars. I know several other property managers that have used other “higher end” systems that cost 3X what Hospitable charges, and they end up switching to Hospitable because of its functionality alone, not to mention they save a lot of money. If you’re looking for a platform to help with messaging, integrations, automation, tracking, analytics, task management, etc for a great price, go with hospitable.

It’s been a pleasure using the Hospitable app of the last few months. I own and remotely manage two vacation rentals in Costa Rica. This has done everything I need it to. The app doesn’t glitch up and has all of the functionality of the website. The notifications are helpful and most things that you can do on the website are easily done on the phone. Kudos to their team for not only publishing a one time version, but they are always making improvements and improvements that are functional for the user. Don’t miss their Townhall meetings with a lot of fun stuff on the horizon.
