Love the Company but Lots of Inconveniences

Don’t get me wrong. This is one of the better prop mgmt apps out there. They make it very easy to combine different platforms but I really dislike how there are always updates during the main business hours. I think updates should be planned for later at night or super duper early in the AM.

Easy to use desktop; average at best mobile app

I like this software as a PMS for my properties as it is very easy to set up and use with minimal learning curve. The API integration with other apps such as the booking calendars, turno for cleaners and Mailchimp for marketing are terrific. The mobile app however is limited to use outside of messaging guests. I do love and use the AI feature to respond. The software is adding features regularly which is great and overall the ease of use is perfect. But I can see myself outgrowing this software when I add more properties down the road. For now it’s good enough and cost effective

App fails constantly

When it works, it saves me some time. But sadly, it fails constantly in catastrophic ways and has actually required more time for me to clean up Hospitable’s mistakes and apologize to guests for receiving incorrect messages and for not having door codes generated as expected. It’s added stress to my life, and if you need support, good luck. You might hear back within 3-4 days if you’re lucky. If the app actually worked consistently and weren’t so slow, I would be a fan. I had put my trust in Hospitable to help service my small business, but that trust has been lost. The errors and failures that directly impact my guests and result in them being locked out are beyond unacceptable.
