Take up to 5 photos of the menu, tell your coach what you're optimizing for, and get a recommendation in seconds. Plus photo-logging and custom exercise logging improvements.

You can now log meals with your camera: Tap + on any meal and choose Add With Photo: snap your plate, review what was found with portions and calories, adjust or swap items, and add everything to your diary in one tap. We still recommend manual tracking whenever possible, and you can always fine-tune any photo-logged item afterwards.

Your Nutrition tab is now a full food diary. Log what you eat and watch calories, macros and micronutrients add up through the day. Save favorites, create your own foods, copy a whole day forward, and drag entries between meals. Tap Example Day any time to see the meal plan your coach built for you. Your coach can now talk about what you have actually logged, so the advice fits the day you really had.

Spanish on Influcoach is here to join English, French, and German! The app, your coach, and all emails can now speak Spanish. This version also brings minor improvements throughout the app.

Your coach now speaks up during workouts, with a tip when it spots a plateau or a set that has outgrown its rep range. Plan screens are smoother, refreshing on their own the moment your plan is ready. Faster setup, a cleaner nutrition screen, and assorted fixes.

Training is now something you can track right inside the app. Start a workout, log your sets, build and adjust your own workout templates, and get a little celebration whenever you hit a new personal record, with every session saved to your history so you can watch your progress over time. There's a new bodyweight tracker, too, so you can log your weight and track your trend on a clean chart. Your coach comes along for the ride, with form tips while you train and a quick recap once you finish. Signing in is smoother as well, with new Sign in with Apple and Google options. Additionally, your Home screen now has an Activity Streak tracker.

Your AI coach now guides you through the app with a quick walkthrough, sends occasional check-ins to start a conversation, and shows live updates as it builds your plan. Tap any exercise to see a demo and form notes. Plus a smoother onboarding flow, a refreshed progress screen, and you now stay signed in between launches.
