Mindfulness for people who can't sit through a meditation. Soul is a short, repeatable check-in that helps you read what your nervous system is doing. In a two-minute check-in, notice how you actually are right now: what is happening in your body, how you feel, and what is pulling at you. What you can do: - Check in with a quick, guided read across six simple signals - See your current state reflected back plainly, without judgement or good/bad scoring - Look back in your Log Book to notice your own patterns over time - Talk it through with Navigator, optional AI support that uses only the context you choose to send Your check-ins are stored on your device and in your own private iCloud. Soul Membership includes Navigator and starts with a free trial. It renews automatically until you cancel, and you can manage or cancel it any time in your App Store settings. Every signal's Learn more page now ends with something you could try: a small written practice, one per signal, from a body scan to an absurdly small step. The Navigator knows these practices too, and can suggest them by name from your reading. Clearer first steps: a one-time introduction to the Navigator after your first check-in, and simpler wording throughout the first run. Small fixes and polish.
