They are not the same place, and drivers cannot collect from the entrance. • A facilities key on the Venue map — water points, toilets, baby change and baby feeding rooms, and bins, each shown with the symbol used on the printed site plan. • The Festival Village address on the Venue tab, with a map link, and press and hold to copy it for a driver. • The Festival Help Desk is now on WhatsApp for festival questions.
