Sort 122 personal values, choose three to five to focus on, and Ethon suggests one small, doable action per value each day — something that takes a few minutes, not a new routine. Tap to commit in the morning. In the evening, one gentle question: what did you do, and what did it bring you? A STAINED-GLASS MOSAIC, NOT A STREAK COUNTER Each focus value has its own mosaic of 60 glass shards — one for each day. A day you reflect on locks a shard in colour. A day you skip stays grey — honestly, without shame. After 60 days the pane is complete and you choose: start a new pane, or shift your focus to another value. Every mosaic is unique to its value; no two are alike. CALM BY DESIGN No dashboards, no noisy stats, no hustle. A dark, quiet space with one luminous thing in it. Streaks exist, but they whisper.
