Free · In‑App Purchases
Track candle materials, recipes, batches, sales, expenses, and estimated profit in one local-first workbench.
WickLedger helps candle makers move beyond fragile spreadsheets.
Plan recipes, track wax and fragrance costs, create batches, deduct inventory, record sales and expenses, and review estimated profit from a single local-first app.
Built for handmade candle sellers who work across Etsy, Shopify, Instagram, local markets, and craft fairs, WickLedger keeps the everyday production details close to the maker's bench.
Key features:
- Track wax, fragrance, wicks, vessels, labels, packaging, and other materials.
- Save candle recipes with vessel, wax, fragrance load, wick, and notes.
- Create batches from recipes and estimate cost per candle.
- Deduct inventory once per batch with stock movement history.
- Record sales and expenses to estimate revenue, COGS, and profit.
- Export CSV records with WickLedger Pro.
- Use the app without an account, ads, analytics, or a developer backend.
