A visit that couldn't happen is now on the record. Pros can log a trip where the work couldn't be done, such as a locked gate, and it is never billed. Invoices only count the visits that belong to that home and were actually serviced. Every visit shows how it was recorded, so you know it happened where it should. Clearer water readings: pH shows on its scale, measured against your business's own range. New crew members see who they joined and what happens next from day one.

Mowdew 2.0 is a complete redesign — for the business owner, the crew, and the homeowner. • A new home for every role: what needs a decision, who is out today, and every visit on the record. • Owners can join their own crew and work a route, from the same login. • Set your own ideal range for every water reading your crew logs. • Address suggestions when you add a customer, and you can change whether your crew sees a customer's name at any time. • Frame and re-frame your logo and photos after you upload them. • Notes flagged from the field open with their photo, voice note and words. • Your plan's home count is shown as you add customers. • Every screen is available in Spanish. • On iOS 26, the tab bar and buttons use the new Liquid Glass. Plus faster screens everywhere, and many fixes to photo picking, buttons and reliability.

Work offline. Check in, take your before-and-after photos, and check out with no signal — the visit saves on your phone and syncs itself the moment service comes back. Messaging and notifications you can rely on. React to a message, edit one until it has been read, and actually get notified — in both directions. Tap any notification and you land on the thing it named, not a tab. Approved extra work now shows where you would look for it: on the homeowner's timeline, with the day it is booked — and it says Overdue once that day has passed.

Your schedule now shows every visit on the right day — including Sunday service days — and "today" always matches what the week view shows. Biweekly and monthly customers appear only in the weeks they're actually due. Pull to refresh anywhere in Schedule. The home screen now shows your business contact, with your pro on the visit card.

Full Spanish support — the app now honors your language choice everywhere. Sign in with Google — one tap, no browser. Record voice notes: homeowners can send them with requests, pros with field notes. Your next visit is back on the home screen, with a note button for your pro. Faster photos, a real check-in map, and lots of fixes.

Your crew, your customers, and your money — clearer than ever. • Payroll: set how each pro is paid (per visit, per home, hourly or flat) and see what's earned, paid and still owed — all from verified visits. • Faces everywhere: your customers and crew now show their photos on the schedule, the assign board and payroll instead of initials. • A calendar view for the week: expand the schedule into a day-by-day board, or keep the compact view. • Import contacts without the guesswork: one clear button, and a plain line telling you exactly what Contacts access Mowdew has. • Share a visit as a link, not just a picture — anyone you send it to sees the business and the date, and needs your invite for the rest. • Faster, calmer sign-in screen, and a pro's mobile number is now required so their invite actually reaches them.

Importing customers from your phone contacts is now fully in your control: nothing is pre-selected — search and pick exactly who you want, or use Select all / Clear all (it follows your search, so you can select just the matches). The Import button always shows how many contacts you have picked. Shared only some contacts with Mowdew? Choosing more now opens reliably, and a Settings shortcut is always one tap away. Cleaner import and contact-access buttons on the Customers and Team screens.

- Cancel an accidental check-in: a visit with nothing recorded can be removed cleanly, and checked-out visits stay protected. - Add as many before and after photos as the job needs, with real thumbnails for every shot. - The whole app now speaks Spanish, on every screen. - Optional auto check-out can finish a visit when you drive away. Manual check-in and check-out always work. - Clearer plain-language errors, a visible Cancel on every confirmation, and your business logo across the owner screens.

Every visit, even more on the record. - Verified check-ins now use your pro's real on-site location, with optional automatic arrival detection and auto check-out when they leave. - Homeowners see who's coming and when: a new Upcoming Visit card, gate reminders on service mornings, and an all-clear when the visit wraps. - Chat with photo and video attachments, clearer delivery status, and voice-dictated field notes from your pro. - Owners: redesigned customer pages, move a stop to another day (once or recurring), care plans, review rewards, and clearer money states. - Faster and steadier throughout, with smoother loading and fixes for rare freezes on busy screens.

Invite your crew in seconds — pros get a proper welcome and can create their account right from the invite link. One account, every role — the same email can be an owner, a pro, and a homeowner across the businesses you work with. Assign or reassign a pro to any home in a tap, and see at a glance which homes still need one. Your weekly schedule now shows each home on its real service day, and you can set the visit day for each customer. Crew profile photos, clearer pool-and-garden theming, and address autocomplete when you add a home.

What's new: • Message your customers right in the app. • Push notifications and scheduled visit reminders. • Invite links open the right welcome screen — pros joining a crew see the crew flow, homeowners see theirs. • Fixes and polish from your feedback. Thanks for using Mowdew!

A friendlier start and a more polished app throughout: - Guided empty screens that preview what each tab will hold, so a brand-new account never feels blank. - Pros get a full Settings screen and a tappable route map: tap any stop for its details, ETA and one-tap directions. - A clearer way to connect: paste your invite link, enter a code you got by text, or scan it right from the welcome screen. - More reliable password reset and sign-in, cleaner email receipts, and lots of small refinements.
