Bug and stability fixes!

Spending pie chart: tap a category's color swatch on the Metrics screen to recolor its slice, and the default colors now follow your app theme. A second pie sits right next to it showing your budget plan, so you can compare it to where your money actually went. Set a default account for new expenses in Settings. The calendar now shows recurring transfers and income, not just bills. Monthly Snapshot: "Bills Due" moved to the top and centered. Accounts screen: a cleaner Money Available / Money Owed summary with a "View breakdown" button for the full net-worth detail. Top Merchants cards were redesigned with store logos and spend-share bars.
