HOW IT WORKS
1. Pick the apps you want to limit (YouTube, X, Instagram, TikTok, games, anything)
2. When you tap them, a "Locked" shield appears instead
3. Tap the notification, then shake your phone to unlock
4. Keep shaking — the ring fills up. Stop, and it drains. Continuous energy, not a step counter.
5. Hit 100% and the app finally opens
WHAT MAKES IT WORK
- 3 difficulty levels (Easy / Normal / Hard) — tune shake intensity, fill time, and drain rate to your own resistance
