CHECK IN AND REFLECT - Record quick emotion check-ins and private journal entries. - Use optional AI-assisted voice check-ins after a separate disclosure. - Review possible patterns and associations, then create an editable wellbeing brief to discuss with a therapist or another professional. RECOVERY AND CALM - Track urges, triggers, coping actions, and gentle resets for habits you want to change. - Follow box breathing, grounding, an urge wave, and an audio-first Calm Drive exercise. - Use Apple Watch check-ins, breathing, recovery support, widgets, Siri shortcuts, and Live Activities. APPLE HEALTH - Optionally view seven-day summaries of steps, sleep, and mindful minutes. Health data is read only with your permission and processed on device. SUPPORT WHEN IT MATTERS - Support now is always free and available before sign-in. - Find a verified crisis line and emergency number for your region using a manual choice or one location request. - Prepare an editable message for a trusted contact, optionally with a one-time map link that is approximate by default and precise only after an explicit choice. AuraZen never calls, messages, or shares location automatically. PRIVACY AND CONTROL - Export your data, withdraw consent, reset local data, or delete your account and cloud data in the app. - No advertising and no cross-app tracking. AuraZen Plus unlocks AI-assisted voice check-ins and editable wellbeing briefs. Core check-ins, journal, recovery tools, calming exercises, and crisis resources remain available without a subscription.
