FloorPlanCheck helps homeowners, designers, and remodel teams review a floor plan before construction decisions are locked.
Start with a photo, PDF, screenshot, RoomPlan scan, or included sample plan. FloorPlanCheck asks you to confirm the important geometry and objects, then turns the plan into an issue map, module scores, and a report you can discuss with a designer or contractor.
What it checks:
- Home Flow: narrow passages, furniture conflicts, door swings, and daily walking paths.
- Privacy View: entry sightlines into bedrooms, beds, bathrooms, desks, and other sensitive zones.
- Natural Airflow: opening connections, door-state assumptions, likely dead-air rooms, and airflow paths.
- Kitchen Workflow: fridge, sink, prep, stove, landing zones, serving routes, and appliance swing conflicts.
- Bathroom Layout: fixture clearance, wet/dry landing, door conflicts, privacy, ventilation, and profile-specific needs.
