ClipStitch 1.1.0. - Skipping near-duplicate screens is now optional. Open the gear menu in the bottom options bar and turn off "Skip near-duplicate screens" to keep every capture. - It stays on by default, so leaving it alone keeps the behavior you had. Your current session and saved projects are kept. Feedback is always welcome.
