The Proof Method is a simple loop: observe a situation before naming it, choose one small real-world mission, then return after 24 hours to record the fruit. Confirming, correcting, or falsifying your own reading all count as progress — the app rewards honest evidence over intensity.
As you practice, the app calibrates your perception: a fidelity index, an evolving sigil, and a progress map show how often your readings hold up against reality. A built-in Codex explains every concept in plain language, and the optional Grimoire guide answers your questions from the app's original source texts — challenging your reading instead of flattering it. The Grimoire sends only your questions and an anonymous progress summary to the cloud, never your journal.
Your practice records stay local on your iPhone. Product analytics are privacy-filtered and never include journal text, hypotheses, codenames, or mission notes. No account required.
Free includes the starter path (12 guided missions), the 24-hour return loop, safety gates, and local records. Living Axis Pro unlocks all 7 Thresholds with 35 missions, the long 7-day and 30-day proof cycles, wider Grimoire limits, and expanded Codex material — with annual and monthly options.
