HOW IT WORKS
Each week, answer 12 short questions across six areas of your life: Mental, Emotional, Social, Physical, Creative, and Environmental. This is the NWI — NEU Wellbeing Index — a research-backed framework that gives you a real picture of how you're doing, not just a mood score.
Once a month, a 14-question check-in using the Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Wellbeing Scale (WEMWBS) gives you a deeper view of your emotional health over time.
