Fixes the "export failed" notifications some of you were getting overnight. Apple Health can't be read while your iPhone is locked, so a scheduled export that runs then is now skipped and retried after you unlock, instead of showing a red failed card and notifying you every hour. When something is genuinely broken, like a server that's down, you now get one notification rather than one per attempt.

Bug fixes. Delete All Exports now actually deletes every context file, not just some of them. Disconnecting a folder no longer reports success when the delete failed. The folder picker no longer points you at Google Drive by mistake.

Fixed: the setup screen used to tell you to choose a Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive folder. iOS only lets apps pick folders in iCloud Drive or On My iPhone, so those appear greyed out — the screen now says that up front, and tells you what to do instead. Removing a folder now takes the exported files back with it, and deleting exports tells you if it couldn't reach the folder instead of reporting success.

Events, Agent Profile, Doctor Report and What Leaves This Phone are now fully translated in every supported language — these screens previously showed English text regardless of your device language.

Health Export AI is now MetricBridge. Same app, same on-device privacy, bigger toolbox. EVENTS TIMELINE: log a medication change, a quit date, a doctor visit or a shift block. Your AI can then compare before and after instead of averaging across the change, and every export carries the timeline. DOCTOR REPORT (PDF): a selective, print-safe summary with trend charts, a since-your-last-visit comparison and honest coverage counts on every metric. AGENT PROFILE: opt-in context (conditions, medications, goals, allergies) for your AI. Each field leaves the phone only while its switch is on. WHAT LEAVES THIS PHONE: one screen listing exactly which files each destination receives and what is withheld. WORKOUTS: per-interval structure, running dynamics (power, stride length, vertical oscillation, ground contact time) and GPX route export. EXPORTS: sleep sessions with local time offsets, observed cycle context (opt-in), a timezone change log for travel honesty, and CGM daily metrics (time in range, CV, GMI) computed on device. The hourly Vitals schedule can now deliver to iCloud or a folder too: it writes health-intraday.json alongside your daily export.

Fixes for two problems people reported. The full history export could not be started. The app could also wrongly decide it had lost permission to read Apple Health after an export ran while your iPhone was locked, which is what left that button stuck. Both are fixed, and the card now says what it needs instead of sitting there. Totals no longer count the same activity twice when your iPhone and Apple Watch both recorded it. The last update fixed this for daily exports. This one covers hourly exports, mindful minutes and a few other totals.

YOUR FULL APPLE HEALTH HISTORY Tap “Export all” on the Schedule tab and the app backfills everything Apple Health holds — every metric, every day, back to your oldest recorded sample. Until now an export only covered the last day or two, which is why a first export could look almost empty. It reads in small batches to stay inside iOS memory limits, shows progress as it goes, and picks up where it left off if you lock your phone. After the first run, scheduled exports only fetch what is new. A FILE YOU CAN ACTUALLY SEE Exports now also write health-export.json alongside the hidden cache file, so opening your folder in Files shows your data instead of what looked like an empty folder. BETTER ANSWERS OVER A LONGER HISTORY Ask understands a calendar year (“steps in 2023”), compares trends across up to two years, and when two periods hold different amounts of data it compares your daily rate rather than raw totals — so a month with more recorded days can no longer look like an improvement on its own. The app itself is now in 24 languages — not just its App Store page. THE INTERFACE, IN YOUR LANGUAGE Buttons, settings, the guided tour and the export status all follow your iPhone's language in Arabic, Chinese (Simplified and Traditional), Czech, Danish, Dutch, French, French (Canada), German, Indonesian, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese (Brazil and Portugal), Russian, Spanish, Spanish (Mexico), Swedish, Thai, Turkish and Vietnamese. In Arabic the layout mirrors right to left. APPLE HEALTH METRIC NAMES, TRANSLATED TO MATCH All 190 metric names and the 14 category headings now use Apple Health's own wording in your language — Herzfrequenz, 心拍数, Fréquence cardiaque — so a metric reads here exactly as it reads in the Health app next to it. The metric names inside the exported JSON stay English on purpose: switching your device language must never change the payload your agent matches on. COUNTS THAT READ CORRECTLY Anything with a number in it was pasting an English plural onto every language. German showed "7 Tags"; Japanese showed "7日s". Counts now use each language's real plural rules, including all six Arabic plural categories. THE STORE LISTING TOO Description, keywords and screenshot text in 28 App Store languages, with every screenshot captured from the app actually running in that language. To be exact: the App Store listing and much of the app interface are now translated. Some strings stay English deliberately — the JSON keys and metric names in the export, the MCP tool names, and three clinical-safety sentences held back until a native speaker signs each one off. Answers written by Ask and the Weekly Brief are composed in English. Also in this release: reliability fixes for background auto-export and clearer delivery history.
