Health Export AI is a read-only exporter and on-device dashboard. There is no AI or chatbot inside this app. It reads Apple Health (with your permission), shows your metrics and trends, and writes a clean JSON export to a destination you choose. The conversational answering happens in the AI assistant you run on your OWN computer (e.g. Claude Desktop or Cursor), which reads your export via the open MCP server you install. No accounts, no tracking, no developer server in the path — your data goes only to the destination you configure.

WHY AGENTS NEED THIS
A CSV dump goes stale the moment you export it, and a dashboard can't answer a question. Health Export keeps your agent's context fresh with background auto-export — it wakes when new health data arrives — and ships a zero-dependency MCP server (you install it on your computer) with 7 tools so any MCP client can query your data in plain language:
• get_mcp_status · list_metrics · get_health_metrics · get_trends · compare_periods · get_structured_export · query_health_data
Then, in the AI assistant on your own computer, you can ask things like "compare my HRV this week vs last" — it calls the MCP tools and answers from your exported numbers. That assistant is separate software you run; it is not part of this app.
