DrugRadar tracks newly authorised medicines, official labels, and US medical-device market entries, using public FDA, EMA, and ClinicalTrials.gov data.
See recent US and EU authorisations, what the product information actually lists (indications, biomarkers, molecular targets), how EU and US labelling differ, and US device PMA approvals, 510(k) clearances, De Novo grants, and recalls.
WHAT YOU CAN LOOK UP
• Recent FDA drug approvals, including just-announced decisions before they appear in openFDA
• EMA authorisations, estimated EC decision dates, and filters for orphan, PRIME, ATMP, generic, and Drug+Device
• CDER novel new-drug approvals and upcoming PDUFA action dates
• Biomarkers and companion diagnostics as named in official product information
• Molecular-target search across authorised medicines, with side-by-side label comparison
• EU versus US labelling for the same medicine
• US medical devices: original PMA approvals, 510(k) clearances, De Novo grants, and recent recalls (openFDA)
• Late-stage trials (ClinicalTrials.gov) and critical-medicine lists
WHY DRUGRADAR
• Official public sources: openFDA, EMA, ClinicalTrials.gov
• No account, no ads, no tracking. Data stays on your device
• Built to scan, not to replace the label or the device IFU

Ratings & Reviews
This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
• Indications now show the wording of the SmPC itself (section 4.1) with the date the text was retrieved, and say so when EMA's medicine table states different age limits.
• Labels that bundle several presentations (an intravenous and a subcutaneous form, tablets and granules, several vaccine doses) now show the indications and posology of every presentation, not only the first.
• "At a glance" keywords are grouped by indication passage; exclusions ("excluding patients with …") never produce a badge, and a passage that may contain more than one indication shows a notice instead of badges.
• Cell & gene therapy list: Casgevy's record names both FDA applications and the current age limit; Waskyra's record carries its age and transplant conditions.
• Carvykti's detail sheet notes the switch from conditional to standard EU authorisation (19 April 2024).
• Clearer wording throughout: "file integrity verified" against the data release, CDER novel approvals, daily EU data refresh with the Union Register cross-check.
