AssetPro Fuel
Fuel & meter capture, on-site
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
Assetpro Fuel is the field companion for AssetPro asset-management customers. It lets drivers, operators, and site staff record fuel transactions and equipment meter readings quickly and accurately, with tamper-evident photo proof.
Note: Assetpro Fuel requires an active AssetPro account. It is used by organizations that manage fleets, generators, and heavy equipment on the AssetPro platform.
Key features
• Fast fuel entry — log quantity, cost, and the fuelled asset in seconds
• Meter readings — capture opening and closing meters against the correct asset
• Photo proof — snap the pump, receipt, or meter; each photo is geo-stamped with location and timestamp for audit
• On-device OCR assist — read numbers off receipts and meters to reduce typos
• Works in the field — capture now, sync to the server when you have signal
• Accurate by design — entries are tied to exact asset IDs, not guesses
Assetpro Fuel keeps operational records trustworthy: exact asset matching, clear handling of missing data, and no silent estimates.
