Privacy by design
We have no servers. We have no access to your data. Your PIN is never stored — only a cryptographic hash. Backup files are encrypted on your device with a key derived from your PIN, so only you can open them. This is not a privacy policy. This is how the app works.

Scan your passport or ID card. Point your camera at the photo page and Nox fills in the details for you: name, document number, nationality, dates of birth and expiry, and where printed, the issue date. Details Nox can confirm are marked Verified; anything else is flagged for you to check.
Scanning happens entirely on your iPhone. Images are never saved or sent anywhere. Works with passports worldwide and with ID cards that have lines of code, like EU ID cards.
