See the sun the way it actually moves. Simply Sun draws your day as one clean arc — where the sun is right now, when it rises and sets, and how high it will climb. • Scrub through the day, or through the whole year, and watch the sky change with the real sun • Golden hour and every twilight phase — made for photographers and daydreamers • Home and lock screen widgets that match the sky where you are • A Live Activity that keeps the sun on your Lock Screen • Design wallpapers and your own app icon from the same sky • Works for any place on Earth — from the equator to the midnight sun Simple, beautiful, and made by one person. No accounts, no tracking — just you and the sun. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

I really enjoy this app. If you’re at all interested in the Sun’s elevation and position throughout the day and simultaneously in places around the world and where friends are, this app is for you. I especially like the new upgrade that features a 3D effect where you can visualize exactly where the sun is overhead and how it curves around you throughout the day. It also lists all the stats about day and night length, twilights and more. This is a practical, well thought out, uncluttered Sun app!

This is the sunrise and sunset app that has been missing from iOS from the start! The clever interface gives you exactly what you need without extra fluff or distractions. Perfect for outdoor adventurers, photography enthusiasts, or anyone else that needs sunrise and sunset info for any day of the year, in any city on earth. Must have!

When things are falling apart around me, I turn to Simply Sun to give me clarity. I know exactly where the sun will be at any moment, which gives me control in a world where I have none. The simple, but intentional design wraps me in a blanket of calm each day.
