Gym Buddy is a workout tracker for people who lift.
Build your training splits, then run each session without fiddling with your phone. Gym Buddy shows the next set, logs your reps and weight with one tap, and starts the rest timer for you. The timer keeps running on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, so you can set the phone down between sets.
Plan your workouts
Create plans like Push, Pull, or Legs from a built-in exercise library. Set the reps, weight, and target sets for each exercise.
Train set by set
Start a workout and Gym Buddy walks you through it. Tap once to log a set and the rest timer counts down on its own, then rolls you into the next one.
See your progress
Every session is saved. Check your streak, workouts per week, total time under the bar, and how much you've lifted.
Works offline, syncs everywhere
Your workouts live on your device and sync privately through your iCloud account. No sign-up, no login, nothing else to remember. Start a session at the gym and it's on your other devices when you get home.

Gym Buddy is free. A one-time Pro purchase removes the cap on how many workout plans you can build. No subscription, ever.
