HoneyApp is a complete inventory, production and contacts system for a small food or craft business, built as one native app for iPad, iPhone and Mac.
There is no server, no account and no subscription. Your data lives on your own devices and syncs through your own iCloud, so the app stays fast and fully usable offline.
INVENTORY
Every item is a card showing live stock and price, expanding to full detail with its price and sale-price history. Seven sections cover the whole flow:
- Registry, every product, material, consumable and piece of equipment
- Inbound and Outbound, stock in and stock out
- Maintenance, adjustments and corrections
- Procurement, purchases and supplier orders
- Production, a recipe builder that prices what you make
- Configuration, classes, currencies, units and categories
Unique SKUs are generated for you, and a recipe knows what a finished product costs to produce.
CONTACTS
Customers and suppliers as cards with full-screen edit forms, supplier links to the items they provide, and CSV import and export.
REPORTS
Seven reports, Overview, Stock, Sales, Financials, Price, Activity and Suppliers, behind one global date filter. Everything is computed on the device, and any report exports to PDF.
HISTORY AND RECEIPTS
A gallery of every transaction with its attached receipt, plus a structured audit log of every change, filterable and searchable.
BACKUP
Automatic backups on your own schedule with retention, a Back Up Now button and one-tap restore. Backups are kept in iCloud, separate from your live data.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
There is no server to host, secure or pay for, and no company account to create. Signing in to iCloud is the only login. An optional passcode with Face ID or Touch ID locks the app on each device.

• Recipes can now be made in batches: set how much a recipe makes (e.g. 1 L alcohol + 0.5 kg propolis makes 350 mL) and production and costs are worked out per unit.
• Quantities and prices now open just the number pad on iPad, not the full keyboard.
