New: a Lock Screen widget that shows when your Health data last synced, and flags anything that needs attention — without opening the app. It shows sync status only, never your health data. Also: "Staged today" on the Home screen now resets correctly at midnight.

This update improves how Conduit handles Apple's new iOS 27 option to share only recent Health history. If an import can't reach as far back as requested, Conduit now tells you honestly instead of marking it complete — and automatically picks up the rest once you widen access in Settings.

Richer workout details: each workout can now include the brand of the app or device that recorded it, whether it was indoor or outdoor, and a heart-rate range (in addition to the average and peak already captured) — visible on your dashboard. New athlete metrics: heart rate recovery, workout effort score, and cycling power, cadence, speed, and FTP are now captured when available.

More reliable history import: importing months or years of past Health data is now resumable — an interrupted import picks up where it left off instead of starting over, and you'll get an honest status (paused, failed, or done) instead of a silent partial result. Backgrounding the app during an import now pauses it cleanly and resumes automatically. Fixed a rare case where a sync could get silently stuck after a prolonged network outage while still showing as "Synced" — sync now recovers on its own. Added support for running dynamics — ground contact time, running power, running speed, stride length, and vertical oscillation are now captured from Apple Watch SE (2nd gen), Series 6 or later, or Ultra during outdoor runs.

Reads stored routes only; no Location Services, no tracking. • Nutrition — dietary energy and macros are now forwardable data types. • More accurate totals — edits and deletions in your logging app are now honored, so your forwarded totals stay correct.
