• Steps Today on your Trainer tab — a 10-notch bar fills as you walk, purple, then red, then gold, with a sound as it fills. The same bar shows on profiles. • New step badges on every calendar: red 15K, and gold 20K and 25K. • Ask your AI trainer about your food — "how much protein do I have left?" or "what should I eat to hit my macros?" It answers from the meals you logged today and this past week, using the AI provider you picked. • Why today's workout — a new card above your week on the Workout Guide explains why to finish today's session, how it helps your goal and how long it takes. • Meal Logs challenges count your real meal logs, including meals you logged offline or before you joined, and supplements no longer count as meals. • Scan Food reads photos and barcodes in one camera, with nutrition numbers from USDA data. • Messages fly into place — the text in your message bar glides into its bubble when you send in chats and to your AI trainer. • Better iPhone Duo layouts, and dark gray cards in dark mode on the New Post sheet and the Leaderboard. • Fixes and polish.

• Exercise reviews — check off an exercise in your Workout Guide and your AI trainer sends a short note on the time and your pace. Turn it off any time in Settings. • Ask your AI trainer about SpotBud — type "how do I…" or "what's new?" in the AI Trainer chat for short step-by-step answers. It works even with no AI provider. • Step Leaders — switch between Yesterday and Today, and the list now fits properly when your phone is on its side. • You get an alert when someone follows you back. • A dark purple 5K badge joins the red 10K badge on your Trainer calendar, on every day you reach 5,000 steps. • Step challenges get animated holiday backdrops — Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year. • SpotBuds can now share full-length videos, and the full-screen player is steadier on slow connections and shows tall screen recordings in full. • Fixes and polish.

Workout Focus and a count-down workout timer. New in this update: • Workout Focus. SpotBud can switch on a Focus (Fitness by default) when you start a workout timer and switch it off when you stop or finish. iPhone doesn't let apps change a Focus directly, so you add two short Shortcuts once and test them. Find it in Settings under During a Workout. • Count-down timer. Give a workout a time limit and the timer counts down to zero, then alerts you. Set a default in Settings, or pick Count up or Count down for each day in My Workouts. Your saved workout still records the time you actually trained. • Improved layouts on folding phones, and the Apple Maps logo and legal link now sit at the top of the map when you hold your phone sideways. • Fewer repeat Apple Health permission prompts.

Fixes a crash that could happen when opening the Find tab on some iPhones. New in this update: • Rest timer. A countdown starts after each set and between exercises, with a quick mascot countdown for the last 5 seconds. Pick the length on each exercise, or set it in My Workouts. • Apple Watch shows your rest countdown and taps your wrist for the last 5 seconds. • Tell us your training level, from beginner to pro, and your rests fit you: 1 to 2 minutes for beginners, up to 5 for advanced lifters. • AI Trainer workout cards now come with rest times. • Deleting your data or your account now asks "Are you sure?" first. • Smoother update screens when your phone is sideways, and a cleaner edge on the Feed's side menu.
