Abs Zones uses score six abdominal zones from a single photo - upper abs, lower abs, obliques, and more. See where you are strong, where to focus next, and get a workout plan built around your weak zones.
PRIVACY BY DESIGN
No accounts required. Scan history, food logs, and workouts are stored locally. Photos are analysed once and discarded on the server - never stored.
AI ABS ZONE SCAN
Take one photo with the abs scanner and receive scores for six zones. Optional sixpack preview shows an illustrative goal for a leaner, shredded physique - not a guaranteed outcome. Skip the scan and still get a plan from your onboarding answers.
PERSONALISED TRAINING PLAN
Scheduled gym days, exercises weighted to your obliques, belly, and stomach gaps, and rest days built in. Log sets with rest timers - including plank-focused work - guided by a core trainer built around your zones. Track streaks and fitness progress over time.
NUTRITION & CALORIES
Daily calories and macros tuned to your goals. Log meals in your food diary by barcode scan or search. Nutrition entries stay on your device.

I had no ABS at the beginning an now after 30 days i see first very visible results. AI Coach is super advanced and all my data is saved local what is huge advantage compare to other similar apps.
