Set dose, yield, grind and temperature on a simple menu board — change the ratio and the water follows, a coffee ratio calculator built right into the recipe. Then brew with a timer that keeps the screen awake, and taste the cup while it's fresh. It's the espresso tracker and pour-over log you've been keeping in a notebook — finally in one place.
