Shona is the business app built for tailors — designed to replace notebooks, loose papers, and guesswork with one simple
tool on your phone.
Whether you run a one-person shop or manage a team of tailors, Shona gives you a clear picture of every order, every client, and
every shilling owed — even when you're offline.
WHAT SHONA DOES
CLIENT MEASUREMENTS
Store every client's name, phone number, and full measurements once. The next time they order, pull them up instantly — no asking
again, no errors.
ORDER MANAGEMENT
Create an order in seconds. Set the outfit type, assign it to a tailor, add a deadline, and watch your dashboard update in real
time. Kanzu, suits, dresses — any garment, any style.
PAYMENT TRACKING
Record deposits and outstanding balances for every order. See exactly who owes you and how much — at a glance, any time.
WHATSAPP REMINDERS
When an order is ready or a payment is due, send your client a message in one tap. Works in Swahili or English. No copy-pasting, no
typing the same message twice.
OFFLINE-FIRST
No Wi-Fi? No problem. Shona works completely offline. Your data lives on your device and is always available — even in areas with
no signal.
CLOUD BACKUP
Your data syncs automatically to the cloud when you're connected. Upgrade your phone, switch devices — your entire business travels
with you.
