Curate. Secure your username and allow your friends to follow along. Anyone with a link can follow and listen as you do. Collections. Gather shows into a collection and share the set as one link. Followers get the shows, not a snapshot of episodes, so it never goes out of date. Add them all in one tap, or one at a time. The Curate tab. Everything you follow and everything you share, in one place. Discover underneath lists public playlists and collections from every listener on Parasocial. Follow one and it stays in step with its curator. Share a playlist as a story. A card with the first five episodes, ready for Instagram. Awards. Milestones and every card you have earned, on one shelf, each one shareable. A notification when you earn one, and when a listener follows your playlist. Bookmark folders. Your tag folders open from the Bookmarks page, with every bookmark listed under them. Catch up on a whole show. A show's own menu marks every unplayed episode played in one step. Select many at once on the Mac. Select turns a playlist into checkboxes: mark played, bookmark, download, or clear out a dozen episodes together. Every toolbar and player button now says its own name to VoiceOver.

Share the moment. Share from the player and the link opens right where you were: friends with Parasocial land on that exact second, and everyone else hears a preview from there on the web. Episode previews carry the row's actions. Add to Playlist, Play Next, Add to Queue, Bookmark, Share, and Mark Played are all there, so an episode you found in Search files into a playlist without playing it first.

Your listening history got a trophy case. Superlatives now splits into a feed that stays current, an archive that files every card by month, and Milestones: every rung you have climbed, with live progress toward the next. Making a playlist is obvious now. A New Playlist row sits under Your Playlists in Library, and Add to Playlist can start a new one from any episode. Shows are shareable with one link, a show whose feed goes quiet now says so on its page, and two features wear clearer names: Voice Boost is now Studio Sound, and Smart Speed is now Trim Gaps. Fixes: AirPlay to a TV or speaker plays there and comes back to your headphones cleanly, and Group by Show now orders each show by its latest episode.

Adding shows got politer. Tapping a show in Search now opens a preview with its latest episodes, and nothing joins your library until you press Subscribe. A new subscription starts you at the newest episode instead of a thousand unplayed ones. Auto-download saves new episodes rather than whole back catalogs, and a new switch in Settings holds downloads for Wi-Fi.

The app now tells you what's new. The first launch after an update opens with the highlights, once, and then gets out of your way. The suggestions on the Search tab became Popular picks, chosen with a human hand. Episode artwork always shows the right cover, and the Show More row at the end of a long show no longer hides behind the bottom bars.

Bug fixes... plus so much more. Lists no longer run underneath the docked player on iPhone. The last episode is reachable again, Show More comes back, and dragging to reorder a long playlist lands where you dropped it. A download that fails now pulses while it waits for its automatic retry, so a transfer that heals itself no longer looks like it simply broke. New: a recovery code in Settings brings your subscriptions, progress, and playlists to a new device.

Bug fixes, more powerful search, and easier onboarding. iPhone has a new tab bar: Home, Search, and Library, with the player docked right above it, and Back always means back. Search shows the top charts until you start typing, and tapping anywhere on a result adds the show. A fresh install opens to what people are actually listening to, and the welcome tour now shows how downloads work. Lists hold still while episodes download. Plus smaller fixes across iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
