YOUR FREE EMERGENCY CARD
Who to call first, allergies, current medications and important health information, in one clear card. It is saved on your iPhone, so it opens in Emergency Mode without internet once your phone is unlocked. The Emergency Card never needs a subscription. Make one for yourself, your child, a parent, a partner or someone you care for with their permission.
EMERGENCY MODE
One tap opens a high-contrast, large-text screen with no ads, no pop-ups and no purchase prompts. Tap a contact to start a call yourself. Family Ready never calls or messages anyone automatically.
YOUR HOUSEHOLD PLAN
Plain-language sections for contacts, health, important documents, money and insurance, home, dependants and pets, care instructions, and digital life and wishes. Complete them in any order, skip what doesn't apply, and add detail over time.
EMERGENCY KIT CHECKLIST
A free, editable kit checklist based on Ready.gov and Get Prepared (Canada) guidance, with optional sections for children, older adults, pets and rural homes.
WHEN SOMEONE ELSE NEEDS TO HELP
Print a dated Emergency Snapshot PDF for free. With Family Ready Plus, create Caregiver Handoff, Pet-Sitter, Doctor Visit and other printable packs that include only the sections you choose, or invite trusted people to view the specific sections you allow. You preview everything before it is shared. Anyone who receives a printed or exported copy can keep it.
KEEP THE PLAN CURRENT
Choose a review schedule of 3, 6 or 12 months, track important dates, and use optional local reminders. A simple setup overview shows which tasks are done and suggests one next step.
BACK UP IMPORTANT RECORDS
Create an Encrypted Backup File protected with AES-GCM and a separate recovery code, designed so the file can be restored on another device. Keep the file and code in different safe places: without the recovery code, the backup cannot be opened, including by us.
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
No account is needed to start. Your plan is stored encrypted on your device. Information is uploaded only if you sign in to share with people you invite. No ads and no cross-app tracking.

Free: Emergency Card, Emergency Mode, offline access, household plan, kit checklist, local search, encrypted backup and restore, and the Emergency Snapshot PDF.
Family Ready Plus (monthly or annual auto-renewing subscription): trusted-person invitations and permissions, household sync, guided reviews, important-date reminders, access drills and additional printable packs. Your existing information stays available if a subscription ends.
IMPORTANT
Family Ready organizes information you enter. It is not an emergency-response, medical or monitoring service and does not contact emergency services. In an emergency, contact your local emergency number. Keep a printed copy too: no app can help if a phone is lost or out of battery.
