Lock your messages If you talk with your coach, you can now protect messaging with Face ID or a six-digit code. Even if someone picks up your unlocked phone, your conversations stay closed. Notifications no longer show the sender's name or the message text. The ring now says two things The outer ring tracks your calories for the day. The inner one shows where they come from: protein, carbs, fat. One glance is enough to see what is missing. Coach DM on iPad The app now installs on iPad, in portrait and landscape. Workouts, the timer and movement analysis use the full width of the screen. On the coach side, the console becomes three columns: navigation, client list and the open record all stay visible at once. A movement too hard? Scale it On an exercise you cannot do yet, the Swap button now offers a simpler version of the same movement: toes-to-bar to knees-to-elbows, pull-up with a band.
