Referrals from IRIS • Sharing a patient's PDF from IRIS now opens a guided New Referral flow: choose the form, check the details, and that form opens filled in and ready — from anywhere in the app. • Only forms that can actually use the details are offered. • If a referral is already in progress and hasn't been sent, Form Filler asks before replacing it. Nothing goes out half-finished • The details IRIS can't supply — the patient's phone number and your comments — are highlighted in the form and on the preview, with a summary of what's still needed at the top. • Print, Save and Share check for them first, and offer to take you straight to what's missing, or to send anyway. • The summary reads "Sent" once the referral has gone out. All of this survives leaving the form and coming back, and reopening an exported PDF. Choosing the practitioner • With more than one practitioner profile, nothing is preselected — you choose who the referral is from on every form, so the wrong clinic's details can't go out by mistake. A single profile still fills in automatically. Fill screen • A bigger preview: the keyboard toolbar is gone, and the page no longer shrinks while you type. • New comment boxes arrive with a white background and a black border, and their text is centred.

What's New in Version 1.1 Import patient details directly from IRIS EMR-generated PDFs — no more manual retyping. Pick a PDF from within the app, or share it straight from IRIS, and Form Filler will parse patient demographics and exam findings (refraction, visual acuity, keratometry, IOP) into a review screen where you can confirm or edit before applying to your form.
