• Fading pinyin: new words keep their pinyin, learned words lose it. You choose what shows and how soon, under Above words. • Audio: stories go down to 0.2×. Tapped words, grammar, guided lessons, flashcards, listening and speaking each have their own speed, and the word being said lights up wherever a sentence plays. • Reader: every sentence shows all its grammar, at any level, and Play starts on the page you are on. • Flashcards: on a Produce card, a word that means the same counts as right. When two words share their English, a label or a sentence with a gap shows which one the card wants. • Guided lessons: Read the chapter no longer gets stuck on a loading screen. • Slow connections: a slow first download no longer leaves pages without pinyin, and downloads pick up where they stopped.

• Classes: anyone can open a class, free. Build a lesson from a story, a chapter's words (filtered by HSK level and type), typed words or a pasted list, with grammar and sentences to read aloud; see who has finished each item and what the class keeps forgetting. • Class lessons: a path of steps — Recognize, Produce, grammar, each chapter, reading aloud. Tap any step to start it. Your class has a tile on Home, and a teacher can send a link to join. • Guided lessons: on small phones or with large text the Check button stays on screen, and every step has a Skip. • Stats: the four numbers at the top fit on small screens.

• Medals: 124 medals now, in badges of three levels, earned at the pace of an ordinary learner over years. A new family for spreading the word: share, invite a friend with your code (Settings › Invite code), teach a class. • Reader: holding a word works again — slide to its neighbours, lift to return to the sentence. • First launch: the script question says where zhuyin is used, and Guided starts with an HSK 1 story picked by genre.
