When a note should arrive on someone's birthday, you now enter the month and day inside that note, and it is saved with the person. The separate birthday field is gone.

Connected activity has a new look. Your connected devices appear as a simple list, each with its status and when its last update reached us. Tap a device for its details, to check the connection, or to disconnect. When something needs your attention, one clear step appears at the top.

Connected Activity on iPhone: the app now registers for Health updates when it starts, and asks iOS for time to finish when a Health update wakes it in the background, so that days you don't open the app can still be reported. It also keeps daily counts of a few technical events to help support look into background reporting, without sending step counts or other health measurements. iOS still decides when background updates run.

After you connect Apple Health, the app now says exactly what happened: how many days it sent, that Trust Relay already had your latest day, or that it couldn't read Health on this iPhone and where to look.

Connected Activity gets a Home Screen quick action and a plain widget, so one tap opens the app to check that your iPhone is reporting. The Connected Activity screen now shows what reached us from each source and which phone settings may help. A first Trust Relay app for Apple Watch is included: it can send your iPhone a daily yes-or-no about movement, with its date and nothing more, and we're switching it on in stages. Background reporting is more reliable.

Creating an account now never reveals whether an email address already has a Trust Relay account.

If you leave a person or a note with unsaved changes, the app now asks first. Home shows your membership status and labels dates accurately. During setup, your saved check-in choice is remembered, adding a person shows a clear next step, and the final review lists what you've set up with Edit links. Notes can be read in full and edited before saving.

Changing your password now asks for your current one first. The app also offers to turn on Face ID when you reach Home, and after a reinstall it starts signed out. This update also includes security fixes.

Signing in now asks for the 6-digit code we email you after your password, the same step as on our website. Connecting an Oura ring tells you exactly where an attempt stopped if something interrupts it. Signing out clears the app completely, and Smart Import results stay with the account that asked for them. Plus smaller fixes.

Connected Activity now tells you the truth about each source: what it last reported, when it reached us, and what to do if something needs attention. A new "Check connection" button (and pull to refresh) reads Health, sends any pending days, and confirms them with our server. "Connected activity" can now be chosen as your check-in schedule from Settings. Check-in dates on Home are shown only when a real check-in is scheduled. Plus smaller fixes.

Your plan now shows as complete when it is. The readiness card no longer counts the app lock, which some iPhones cannot offer at all. Adding a person can do the sorting for you — paste a note or upload a document, and Trust Relay drafts the details for you to check before saving. A new Feedback screen. Check-in reminders can now arrive as a notification, not only by email. If reinstalling the app left Apple Health disconnected, the Connected activity screen now offers to reconnect it. Small refinements to navigation.

Trust Relay now works start to finish on your phone. You can create your account in the app — you no longer have to start on the website. A four-step setup walks you through the people who should be told, what you'd want them to know, and how often we check in. Also new in this version: • Smart Import — describe someone in your own words and we'll fill in the details for you to check. • Connected activity now works with Apple Health as well as an Oura ring. If you wear an Apple Watch it counts; if you don't, your iPhone counts your steps. Only a daily yes-or-no ever leaves your phone, and all it can do is let a routine check-in wait while you're clearly up and about. • Attach documents and photos to a person. • Change your name, phone number, email and password in Account. • A refreshed look throughout.
