Most people don't know which foods leave acid or alkalinity behind in the body. Alkadiet shows you. Log what you eat, and Alkadiet estimates the acid or alkaline load your food leaves for your kidneys to clear using PRAL (Potential Renal Acid Load), a peer-reviewed metric published in 1995 and validated against urine measurements. No invented wellness scores: plain arithmetic on protein and minerals, from USDA food data.
HOW IT WORKS
• Log meals in seconds with an offline food database, no connection needed
• Or point your camera at your plate: the photo scan suggests foods and portions, and you correct them before anything is saved
• Every food gets a colour on the acid–base scale, so you can read a whole day at a glance
• Your daily score adds it up, meal by meal, and your history shows the weeks behind it
YOUR PRIVACY
Your food log stays on your device and in your private iCloud. The app displays no ads. Optional ad measurement helps us understand which ads bring people to Alkadiet; you choose whether to enable it and can turn it off in Privacy settings. Your food log, photos, notes and scores are never shared with Meta.
WHAT ALKADIET IS NOT
Alkadiet measures a property of your food, not of you. It is a food tracker, not a medical device: it does not diagnose, treat, prevent or monitor any condition, and it never shows a "body pH" — that number cannot honestly be computed from food. All values are estimates. Talk to your doctor before changing your diet.
Alkadiet requires a subscription — monthly, or yearly with a free trial. Prices are shown before you buy, and subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your App Store settings.
