Try it for 30 seconds before you roast. Run the demo batch, hit the big button when the crack comes, and a dot lands on the curve. A batch card then joins your shelf.

Log time, temperature and first/second crack by hand and the roast curve draws itself in real time. Drop the beans and that batch becomes a card in your collection.
No account, no server. Your logs live on this phone only.
HOW IT WORKS
• Charge: the timer starts at 0:00.
• During the roast: log the temperature you see on your roaster as often as you like. The screen stays awake while the timer runs.
• Crack: when you hear it, tap First Crack (then Second Crack). A dot is pinned to the curve at that second. Wrong tap? Undo it right there.
• Drop: the timer stops, total time and DTR are worked out, and a batch card is made.
TRY IT BEFORE YOU ROAST
A 10-minute roast compressed into 30 seconds. Without a single green bean, tap the cracks yourself and feel the dot land. Demo batches stay out of your stats and overlays.
MANUAL ON PURPOSE
You write down the temperature you read on the roaster, and you tap the crack when you hear it. The app never picks a roast level for you and never scores your roast. It just keeps what happened, as it happened.
DIALS, LOGGED IN THE MOMENT
Every time you turn fan or power (1–9), one tap. It draws as a step line in its own lane on the curve and sits in a table on the card, so next time you roast the same bean you can follow "fan 7 at 3:20" exactly. Tap yellowing and end of first crack too, and your drying, Maillard and development ratios line up. Preheat and room temperature go in the batch details.

SIDE BY SIDE WITH YOUR LAST BATCH
Overlay the previous curve for the same bean as a ghost and compare as you roast. Tap "Roast again with these settings" on a card and the bean, charge weight, roaster and preheat temp are already filled in.
