LOGR - Train With Friends
Social Workout Tracker
Only for iPhone

iPhone
Log, plan, and journal your workouts, then share your progress with friends. All in one app. PRs, volume, and history track themselves. Free, no subscription, no ads.
LOGR is a workout log built around the part that actually keeps you going: watching the numbers move, with people who care that they did.
Build a routine or hit Quick Start, log the session, and your PRs, volume, streaks, and history take care of themselves.
LOG THE SESSION
Over 470 exercises, cardio machines and yoga, Pilates, and mobility moves included, filtered by muscle group, equipment, and difficulty, or add your own by typing it.
Reps and weight, drop sets, or a built-in timer for planks, holds, and anything else measured in seconds.
Bodyweight work counts. Pull-ups and push-ups are priced against your body weight, so a calisthenics day never reads as zero volume.
Favorite the lifts you run every week and keep them one tap away.
Step out of a live workout without losing it. It minimizes to a bar you tap straight back into, and sits on your Lock Screen so you can check off a set without opening the app.
Works in a basement gym. Log with no signal and it saves on your phone, then syncs when you are back online.
Track in pounds or kilograms, and switch whenever you want.
Bring your history over from a CSV file, and export yours whenever you like.
WATCH IT ADD UP
Personal records tracked per exercise on two tracks, weight and reps, with a progression chart that runs back to your first session.
Sessions, volume, and training time totaled per week, month, and year, with every workout's sets and volume on its own card.
A streak that counts training days, rest days, and the work you do outside the gym, drawn on a calendar.
Over 60 achievements, scored from what you actually logged.
A monthly leaderboard among the people you follow who follow you back.
JOURNAL AND PLANNER
Write a note on a session while it is still fresh, then find it again on a calendar you can browse by week, month, year, or all time. A workout keeps its numbers, its notes, and its photos together.
Plan sessions ahead on the calendar and get a reminder when one is due, plus an optional daily reminder at a time you pick.
LOG WITH FRIENDS
A feed of the people you follow, with likes, comments, and replies.
Direct messages, group chats, public communities, and teams with a coach's calendar.
Share a workout to your Instagram story, or send it through WhatsApp or Messages.
Browse the routines people you follow are running, and start one yourself.
Suggested athletes, plus search by name or username.
YOUR NUMBERS, YOUR CALL
Decide who sees each post: everyone, followers only, or just you.
Make the account private and approve followers one at a time.
Report any post, comment, or message, and block anyone from their profile, a post, a comment, or a message.
Deleted workouts, posts, and chats wait 7 days in Recently Deleted before they go.
Every feature is unlocked. No subscription, no ads, and none of your history behind a paywall.
NEW IN 2.5.2
Stats is a new tab on your profile: pin the numbers you care about, and see your volume by muscle, your records, and your consistency for any week, month, or year.
Connect Apple Health to see your sleep, steps, heart rate, HRV, active energy, and cardio fitness in Stats and on your calendar, and, if you choose, your watch workouts added to your log.
Sign up or log in with Apple.
Every finished month becomes your Monthly Recap, a set of story cards to share to Instagram or anywhere else.
Share a post, your sets, or your photos with just My Circle, the people you pick from your followers.
Choose what each post shows: every exercise, just their names, or none, and whether your PRs appear.
Add a cue to any exercise in a routine or a note to any exercise in a lift, and show or hide them all with one button.
Add cardio to any lift from its own button, and add a machine of your own.
New story cards show your sets, the Receipt counts every rep, and cards share even with no signal. Share straight to Snapchat too.
Team coaches approved by LOGR can build programs of routines across weeks and put one on the team's calendar.
Your feed never jumps: new posts wait behind a New posts pill, a change you make shows on every feed at once, and each feed keeps its place when you switch.
Every lift you have logged is on your PRs page, a first time can count as a PR, and Achievements show what is up next.
Tag who you trained with right from the finish screen, swipe between photos in the full-screen viewer, and see a blue dot on + when something is planned today.
Smoother everywhere: exercise cards fold open, the comment box grows as you write, a held comment lifts into its menu, reordering glides, and Settings and New Message swipe the way iOS does.
