MirRehab turns limb rehabilitation exercises into an immersive, gamified VR experience — using nothing but your iPhone and a low-cost Cardboard-style headset.
Slide your phone into the headset and MirRehab guides you through physical therapy exercises for the elbow, knee, and shoulder. Apple's on-device Vision body-pose engine tracks your joints through the camera in real time — no wearables, no external sensors, and no video ever leaves your phone.
HOW IT WORKS
• Choose an exercise and target joint on the home dashboard
• Mount your iPhone in any Cardboard-style VR headset
• Follow the stereoscopic 3D view with a live skeleton overlay and floating HUD
• Smart rep counting measures your actual joint angle, so every rep is a real rep
• Real-time coaching tells you when to step back, push toward your target angle, or return slowly
STAY MOTIVATED
• Earn XP and level up with every session
• Build day streaks and unlock achievement badges
• Complete per-set quests and celebrate with a session summary
• Climb the leaderboard and track your progress over time
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
All motion tracking runs entirely on your device using Apple's Vision framework. Camera frames are processed locally and never uploaded. Your progress syncs securely to your personal account so you can pick up where you left off.
WHAT YOU NEED
• An iPhone with a rear camera
• A Cardboard-style VR headset (low-cost or 3D-printed works great)
• A few feet of open space so the camera can see your full body
