This one is the layout work a design review across the whole app turned up. • The plan screen puts its stops at the top, where they used to sit below three cards of settings, and numbers them to match the route. • The route draws straight away. It used to say no plot in the route had coordinates, for the whole five seconds it spent waiting for a location fix. • Take a plot off a plan from the plot's own screen — swipe the plan row. • The language setting is a menu now, like every other preference. • At the largest text sizes rows reflow, instead of cutting off plot names, areas and prices. • The caption on a plot with no photograph yet is legible.

This one is the housekeeping a whole-app completeness audit turned up. • A new plot no longer saves a coordinate nobody gave it. Until you drop a pin it says it has none, instead of claiming the spot you were sitting in. • A visit recorded from a plot's own screen now closes the stop it answers in a live plan. • Put a viewing plan away from the list — swipe to close it. Closed plans never count against the free tier. • Deleting a plot asks first, and says how many visits and files go with it. • Erasing all data now removes the backups the app itself wrote. Nothing is left behind. • The app reaches the network only when you ask it to. Typing a link no longer sends anything. • Large photographs import without running the device out of memory, and long lists scroll smoothly.

Land Diary now works outside Thailand. • Pick your country in Settings. Elsewhere the area units, the calendar and the number formats follow that country; rai/ngan/wah, the Lands Department map and the Buddhist calendar stay where Thailand is the region. • A plot records its price in its own currency, one of twenty. There is no exchange rate to keep any more, and every plot you have already written stays in baht. • Four more languages — Traditional Chinese, Russian, Japanese, Korean — seven in all. • A shortened price picks its own magnitude from the number instead of always reading in millions.

Backup and restore: the whole diary, photographs and attachments included, as one file you can send to yourself and open again. • Plots flagged "come back to this" now enter the viewing plan • Settings states the diary's size, and says when a file opened incompletely • An imported plot's source link is reachable from its screen • Important fixes: cancelling an edit no longer deletes a photograph that is still in use, and an unreadable diary file is never overwritten • The viewing plan has its own tab — the order, each leg's driving time, and navigation on one screen • Place a plot's pin by hand on the map, and a coordinate you set is never overwritten by the device's position • Build a viewing plan yourself — choose the plots, drag them into order, set how long each stop takes and when the appointment is, and keep several plans at once • Record what you are looking at from the stop itself — the stop then reads as seen, and a plan whose stops are all seen can be closed • A saved visit appears immediately • Easier to read in dark mode — the pros, cons and appointment status colours now adapt to the appearance • The plot editor: a full-screen map to place the pin, a field for a maps link, the area unit chosen as you type, and the address suggested from where you are standing • Rate a visit by position, environment, access and what is built on it • For agents: send a viewing plan as a spreadsheet (.xlsx), and keep client records so a plan knows whose day it is • A client book — names, numbers, notes, and a client attached to the plan you are driving • Send a viewing plan to a client as a spreadsheet • Land Diary Pro — unlimited plots, clients and plans (free covers 18 plots, 5 clients and 1 live plan) • Every screen now translated in English and Chinese • Fixed buttons that were unreadable in dark mode
