Catch up on meals from your photos. Select up to 30 pictures at once, or find recent food photos, then review the estimates before adding them to your diary. Take a photo of your meal. MacroTracker estimates what is on the plate — calories, protein, carbs and fat — and adds it to your day. No weighing, no barcode hunting, no searching a database for "chicken, grilled, medium". These are estimates, not measurements. A photo cannot show the oil in the pan or what is under the sauce. MacroTracker is built for watching a trend across weeks, and every number it produces is yours to correct before it is saved. THREE WAYS TO LOG A MEAL Photograph it. The estimate arrives item by item, with portions you can scale and numbers you can edit. Describe it. "A tall oat milk latte and a blueberry muffin" is enough. Useful for the meal you already finished, or anything eaten in the dark. Type it. Straight to the numbers when you already know them. LOG MEALS FROM YOUR PHOTOS Choose from library lets you select up to 30 photos at once and estimate them as separate meals. Or use Find meals in Photos to look through a recent period, up to 30 days, for food photos. Detection happens on your device, related photos are grouped, and likely duplicates are filtered. You choose which meals to estimate before any photos are sent. Check the results, adjust shared portions, and add the meals to your diary with their capture dates. CORRECT IT IN A SENTENCE If the estimate missed one thing, say so — "I only ate half" or "cooked in butter" — and it is worked out again with that as fact. What you already accepted carries through unchanged. KNOWS WHERE YOU ATE Turn on location tagging and a meal logged at a restaurant is estimated against that venue's published menu rather than guessed from the picture. Only the venue name, its category, the district and the city are ever sent. Your coordinates stay on this device. YOUR DAY AT A GLANCE Today: calories remaining, macro rings, the split of your energy, a seven-day chart against your goal, and everything logged so far. Diary: every meal by day, searchable, with per-day totals. Trends: seven, thirty or ninety days of calories, macros and protein, plus which meal slots your day is actually built from. Targets come from your height, weight, age, activity and goal — or set your own numbers. EVERY NUMBER IS SOURCED Settings → About → Sources shows exactly how each target and grade is worked out, and links to the published guidance behind it: the Mifflin-St Jeor equation for resting energy, FAO/WHO/UNU activity levels, the Institute of Medicine's macronutrient ranges, and WHO and HPB daily limits for sugar, saturated fat and sodium. Where a preset sits outside a reference range, it says so. YOUR DATA STAYS YOURS No account. No sign-up. No advertising, no analytics, no tracking of any kind. Your log lives on this device and survives deleting and reinstalling the app. Export it to a file whenever you want, and import it on a new phone. When you photograph or describe a meal, that photo and text are sent to an AI service to be analyzed, and nothing else goes with them — no identity, no coordinates, no account. That request is the only thing that ever leaves your phone. You can also bring your own API key, which bypasses our servers entirely. MacroTracker does not provide medical or nutritional advice, and is not a substitute for professional guidance. It is not intended for diagnosing, treating or managing any condition.

Log several meals from your photos in one go. Choose from library now lets you select up to 30 photos at once. Each photo becomes a separate meal, with its capture date kept when available. Review and edit the estimates before adding them to your diary. Find meals in Photos looks through a recent period you choose, up to 30 days. Food detection runs on your device, related photos are grouped, and likely duplicates are filtered. You choose which meals to estimate before any photos are sent for analysis. Sharing a meal? Adjust your share before saving. The review screen now has a compact layout, clearer meal details and better support for larger text. Also improved: photo loading, date grouping, duplicate handling, and recovery when a photo or estimate fails. The privacy policy now explains photo-library discovery and selected-photo imports.
