MAKE IT YOURS Choose a color theme and select the interface and voice languages separately. English, Polish, German, French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese are available. MORE WITH PRO An in-app purchase unlocks unlimited saved workouts and access to training history, removes ads, and lets workouts continue with the screen off. For background audio, choose whether other audio stays at its usual volume or is lowered for the active workout session. Set your intervals, start the timer, and get moving.
