Vjosa Rafting Partner
Bookings, trips and alerts
Free · Designed for iPad. Not verified for macOS.
See the bookings your link brings in, follow your numbers, and get told the moment a new trip lands on you. For Vjosa Rafting partners.
Vjosa Rafting Partner is a private tool for the businesses and people who work with Vjosa Rafting in Permet, Albania. It is not a booking app: guests book on vjosarafting.com. This app is where our partners check those bookings, follow their numbers, and get notified.
Accounts are created by Vjosa Rafting. There is no public sign-up.
TWO KINDS OF PARTNER, ONE SIGN-IN
The account decides which panel opens, so nobody has to know what kind of partner they are.
FOR HOTELS, AGENCIES AND AFFILIATES
Every partner has a personal referral link and a printable QR code. Guests who book through it are credited automatically.
- Your link and QR code, ready to copy, share or print for the reception desk
- What each booking earned you, and the totals across all of them
- Your figures grouped by stage: pending, after the trip, payable now, requested, paid
- Statements for anything already settled
- Your commission rate always visible, so the numbers can be checked
FOR RAFTING OPERATORS
- Today's departures and what is coming up, soonest first
- Each trip with the guest's name, group size, tickets and contact details
- Message a guest on WhatsApp or call them without leaving the app
- Scan guest QR tickets to check people in at the river
- Confirm cash collected on arrival, on the spot
- A month calendar of every trip assigned to you
- Your running balance with the platform, and the bookings behind it
NOTIFICATIONS
Rafting operators are told as soon as a trip is assigned to them, whether an office manager routed it or it came straight through a partner hotel's link. No need to keep checking.
NO PAYMENTS IN THE APP
The app takes no payment and holds no card or bank details. It shows figures and lets a partner ask to be settled; money moves outside the app.
TWO LANGUAGES
English and Albanian throughout, including dates. Switch at any time, from any screen.
BUILT TO BE FAST
Your figures stay on screen while they refresh in the background, so moving between tabs is instant rather than a loading spinner. Useful on a riverbank with patchy signal.
