Most food trackers hand you a number whether or not they actually have one. Asira Core tells you when it doesn't know.
It's a calorie tracker and a health tracker at the same time. It reads your Apple Health data and what you ate, puts both on one page, and tells you what to do about today.
Four Daily Scores
Flow, Sleep, Intensity and Stress, built from your Apple Health data. Tap any of them and you'll see the readings underneath, so you can tell why the number moved.
Log a Meal in Seconds
Snap a photo, scan a barcode, or just describe it. Calories and macros get checked against USDA FoodData Central and Open Food Facts, and every food gets a Nutrition Score. Nothing lands in your log until you've looked it over.
Targets Built Around You
Calories and macros set from your body, your goal and the pace you picked. Change any of it and the plan recalculates.
Coaching from Ari
Ari reads your day and gets specific: which night cost you REM, what yesterday's hard session is still charging you, whether an hour earlier tonight would win most of it back.
Your Morning Vitals
Resting heart rate, HRV, respiratory rate and wrist temperature, each measured against your own baseline. The arrow shows which way you moved, and the color tells you whether that's worth your attention.
Weight and Water
Log your weight and watch the gap to your goal close. Water is one tap.
Trends Over Time
Sixteen metrics charted across weeks and months, so one odd day doesn't read as a trend.

Before You Start
You'll need an account, because your data syncs across your devices. The four daily scores come from Apple Health, so if you're new to it, or you don't wear a watch to bed, those screens will say they're still calibrating rather than invent a score. Food, water and weight work on their own.
Photos and meal descriptions are sent to Asira's own server to be identified by AI. Nothing else goes with them: not your name, your account, or your Apple Health data. They're never sold and never used to train AI models. The app asks before the first one, and you can say no and still use everything else. Barcode lookups use Open Food Facts.
Asira Core is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition, and it is not a substitute for advice from a clinician.
Asira+ is an auto-renewing subscription ($9.99/month or $99.99/year) and begins with a 3-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when the trial ends; the subscription renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings.
