A space for the thoughts you can't untangle on your own. Available in English, Español, Português, Українська. Some thoughts don't fit in any conversation. They circle for weeks, or arrive in the middle of the night. Soulform is where you take them, whenever they come. You write about whatever is on your mind, and what lies beneath your words becomes visible: your values, emotions, beliefs, and desires. And it will not simply agree with you. What comes back is meant to help you reach clarity, not just what is pleasant to hear. Each session builds on the last. Soulform remembers what you have worked through, so you never start from zero. If journaling for you has always been three days of writing and then three months of silence, this is what changes with Soulform: every entry makes the next one deeper. HOW IT WORKS • Start from a prompt when the page feels blank, or just say what is on your mind. • Soulform highlights the lines in your writing worth returning to. Always your exact words, and it never writes them for you. • Once a week you receive a reflection made from what you wrote that week. Only on weeks you write. • Over time, Soulform notices patterns across all your journals and shows them to you. YOUR WORDS STAY YOURS No ads. No tracking. Your entries are never sold and never used to train AI models, ours or anyone else's. While we're in beta, we sometimes review conversations to improve how the AI responds. Anything you mark as Incognito is never reviewed. You can delete everything at any time, and it is wiped permanently. Soulform is free while in open beta. Soulform is not therapy and does not replace professional care. It is a space for untangling your thoughts, one that can stand on its own or sit alongside therapy. If you are in crisis, please reach out to a professional or a crisis line. We keep a list at soulform.ai/crisis. We are a small independent team, a Portuguese engineer and a Ukrainian designer, fully bootstrapped, so nothing can pull the product away from what we set out to build.
