A daily budget is now spent in five minute blocks. Press Start and you have five minutes. When they are up the shield comes back and asks whether you want to keep going; answering it buys the next block. If you have already put the phone down and nobody answers, only a minute is charged, and a shield you close without going in costs nothing at all. Time left is shown in whole minutes rather than seconds, because minutes are the precision the figure actually has. When your Welcome Week ends, your Budget and Hard rules keep working, up to five of them. A rule built on a barcode, a place, an activity or timed sittings is paused rather than switched off: it keeps its apps and its settings, and Plus starts it again exactly as it was. A paused rule does not use one of the five free slots. Squats are now free on every plan, in Recharge & Earn and as a way back into a blocked app. A day that ends without Break Glass earns 100 credits. Every popup closes with a swipe down.

Restore purchases now checks with the App Store directly, so a purchase made outside the app is picked up.
