Film 36: Disposable Camera

The disposable camera app for your wedding. Every guest gets 36 shots and no preview. The next morning at 10, every photo develops at once. Free for up to 10 guests.
Thirty-six shots, not one more.
Every guest who joins your wedding gets their own roll. Thirty-six presses of the shutter, and that is it. The organiser can drop it to twelve or twenty-four to make it tighter still. The counter stays on screen the whole time, and under the last five shots it starts to pulse.
No preview, no retake, nothing you can delete.
You do not see what you just took. No thumbnail, no gallery, no delete button. Viewfinder, shutter, counter, flash: nothing else on the screen. That is exactly what makes your guests watch the wedding instead of watching their phones.
At ten the next morning, every roll develops at once.
Not one photo is visible before then. Not even to the organiser, and that is not good manners, it is enforced by the server. At ten, a notification, and the images surface one by one like a print coming up in the tray.
Forty guests, thirty-six shots each.
Up to fourteen hundred points of view on the same day. The wedding photographer was not sitting at any of those tables. Your guests were sitting at all of them.
A QR code, and nobody makes an account.
You create your wedding with your first names, the date and the hour it opens. Then you hand out the code: a full-screen QR to scan, six characters to type, table cards to print (A6, or four to an A4 sheet), and an invitation message ready to send. Your guests are in within ten seconds, from the app or from a browser.
Guests shoot, the organiser picks the look.
Every guest sees and receives their photos exactly as they were taken, with no filter. The organiser chooses the look of their own photos, at home, on their phone: Normal, or one of seven films. Velours 400 is soft and warm, Riviera 200 golden and nostalgic, Jardin 400 fresh with strong greens, Diapo 64 muted and dense, Disco 200 high-contrast, Cobalt 100 very saturated, Argent 100 black and white. The look applies to the preview and to saving to the photo library, at 3,000 px. It can be changed at any time: the originals are never altered.
It works with no signal.
A wedding in a barn has no bars. The photos leave on their own later, nobody has to do anything.
What never leaves the wedding.
Your photo library is never read: the app writes to it, it does not look inside. Hosting is in Europe. Photos are visible only to the guests of that one wedding, and they erase themselves seven days after developing. No trackers, no advertising, nothing sold on.
A free wedding takes ten guests and keeps the photos for seven days. The unlimited plan is a one-time purchase for a single wedding: a thousand guests and ninety days of storage. It is not a subscription, nothing renews, and a new wedding needs a new purchase. No account is needed, not even to buy. Signing in with Apple, from Settings, is optional: it only lets you find your wedding on another phone.

Ratings & Reviews
- This app hasn’t received enough ratings or reviews to display an overview.
Film 36 is now all about weddings.
• A new home screen and a short set-up: your first names, the date, and you’re ready to create your wedding.
• Sharing rebuilt as an invitation: a full-screen QR code, printable table cards (A6, or four to an A4 sheet) and a ready-to-send invitation message.
• Guests take photos however they like. You choose the look of your own photos: Normal, or one of seven film stocks. It’s for you only, and your originals are never altered.
• Get your wedding back on another phone by signing in with Apple from Settings.
• A clearer “unlimited” offer: up to 1,000 guests, photos kept for 90 days, one payment.
• More reliable: photos taken in landscape now come out the right way up, your account survives a network drop, counts are right beyond 60 photos, and taps land where they should in lists.
