Della is a breathing instrument: a precision tool for the one thing that quietly steadies your whole nervous system, a slow, even breath.
Most breathing apps drift. A timer that's a few milliseconds off every cycle drifts seconds off over a session, and your body feels it. Della is clocked off the audio hardware itself, so the pace it sets is exact from the first breath to the last, and stays exact whether the session is five minutes or fifty.
FIND YOUR RESONANCE
Everyone has a personal resonant rate, the breathing pace where heart rate, breath, and blood pressure fall into their deepest rhythm. Open Della on your Apple Watch and it measures yours from your heart rate in a few quiet minutes. From then on, "Resonant" paces you at your number, not a generic 6.
BREATHE BY FEEL
A glowing disc breathes on a true sine wave, cyan as you draw air in, warm amber as you release. Turn the screen off and follow it entirely by touch: gentle haptics swell on the inhale and settle on the exhale, on both iPhone and Apple Watch. No screen, no counting, no effort.
