Notifications from your coach now come straight to your iPhone, even when the app is closed. Allow them once when the app asks. Apple Health sync is stronger. Finished days, workouts and weigh-ins reach your dashboard on their own, in the background too. Dark mode now covers the whole screen, with no white bars above or below the app, and the app opens on its own dark screen.

Connect Apple Health and your dashboard fills itself in. One tap in the app links Apple Health, and with it any tracker that already writes there: Apple Watch, Whoop, Oura, Fitbit and Garmin. Your steps, sleep, active calories, exercise minutes, resting heart rate, HRV and workouts now appear on your dashboard and go to your coach automatically, so there is nothing left to type in. Also in this version: the calorie total on a day of food now always agrees with the protein, carbs and fat logged beside it, and a barcode or database item whose label disagrees with its own macros says so on the entry instead of quietly skewing the day.
