The camera is gone. Your phone takes better photos than anything we could build into an app, and everything you have already shot is one tap away, so the app is two screens now: your photos, and the team's. Team photos tells you who sent each shot, when it was taken and where, and the search reads what the AI found in the picture rather than the name of an album. Notifications are one switch, and it stays where you put it.

Welcome to the team. The first time you sign in, one short screen shows what to shoot, that uploads work with no signal, and where your photos go. Your first upload now tells you the moment it lands and who can see it. Reminders arrive when your admin asks the team for photos and the day before an event closes. The app is now black and white throughout.

TeamCapture now speaks Spanish. If your phone is set to Spanish, every screen in the app is in Spanish too.

Signing in is one step now. Type your work email, we send you a six-digit code, and you are in. No password to invent and no separate access code to chase. Errors show up next to the button you pressed, and the keyboard no longer covers it. The app icon is the same one you tapped on the App Store.

Repeated wrong passwords now slow down the same way they do on the web dashboard, so a stolen email address cannot be used to guess its way in from a phone.

See what happened to your photos. Every shot in My Photos now shows whether it was approved, and "Used by" once your team's admin has taken it for a post. Photo requests. When your admin asks the team for photos from an event, you get a notification that opens the right album. Turn notifications on from Account, or when the app asks after your next upload.

Signing in no longer needs a password. Ask whoever runs your workspace for a code, type it on the sign-in screen, and you are in. No email to wait for, no password to invent. You can still sign in with a password if you already have one.

Sign in with your email and a password. Just been added to a workspace? Tap "Set or reset password" to choose one. The join-code screen is gone: your admin adds you by email, and that is all it takes. Uploads that hit a network blip now retry until they land.

Fixes a bug that could sign you out of the app. If your phone locked while an upload was finishing, the app could lose your session and send you back to the sign-in screen. It now keeps you signed in.

Uploading is now the first thing you see. Open the app and add photos - no album to pick first, no setup. A new look throughout: light, legible, and quicker to read in bright light at an event. Every control now responds the instant you touch it. Fixed: your album list could briefly empty itself on a weak connection, and an album you had just created could disappear.
