Chemical application records now capture what a state inspector asks for: the state you worked in, the weather measured at that property, your license and its expiration, who supervised, how the product was delivered, and each product's ingredients, re-entry time and EPA registration number. Choose your state and the form asks for what that state adds. Export those records as a PDF or a CSV, from Applications in the app and from the office website. The PDF prints what was recorded on the day, not what today's catalog says. Recording a tank mix now writes a separate record for each property, with that property's own treated area and its share of the product. Properties without a measured area are named and left out rather than guessed at. Treatment recipes pull from the whole product catalog, filtered by type, with your own My Garage stock listed first. Grass types are a checklist now, so one recipe can cover more than one grass. The office website at app.lawndominators.com records applications with the same detail as the app, and Print or save PDF gives you a copy for the customer or the file. Products whose labels carry no lawn rate, such as hose-end bottles and golf-course-only or ornamental labels, no longer open a rate calculator that would invent one. The product page explains why and opens the label instead. Every condition in the lawn guide now carries the source it came from, so you can check the reference before you quote it to a customer. When a record will not save, the app tells you which fields were rejected instead of asking you to check your connection. Product rates are being read back against the labels they cite, and the ones that were wrong are corrected. This work is ongoing: not every product has been checked yet.

INVOICES YOU CAN BUILD BY HAND Create invoice now has two paths. Bill completed work the way it always did, or pick Services and products: add lines from your price book, priced on the customer's lawn size and any price you pinned for that property, and type in anything else you sold or did. If you have not set a sales tax rate yet, type a percent or a dollar amount right on the invoice. REAL INVOICE NUMBERS Approving an invoice gives it the next number in your sequence, INV-1001, INV-1002, and so on, instead of a code nobody could read over the phone. TERMS ON EVERY INVOICE Write your terms and conditions once under Business profile and choose whether they print on the invoices your customers open. PAYPAL IS ON THE WAY Setup Billing shows PayPal as coming. It turns on for every company the day PayPal finishes approving it, with no update needed. Fixes a crash that could close the app overnight while your phone was locked and the app was running in the background. If it had been quietly disappearing between days, this release is the fix. Route optimization now gives a stop to the crew that is genuinely closest. When one crew is a much shorter drive away than the crew that usually visits that customer, the work moves there, so there is less driving in the day.

SALES TAX, DONE PROPERLY Enter the rates you charge once and the app applies them everywhere. Say which of your services are taxable, set a different answer for a single customer, and record a resale or exemption certificate when a customer has one. Tax follows the property, not the billing address. A customer who lives in one town and has a yard in another is charged the rate for the yard. Quotes show the tax before the customer accepts, so nobody is surprised by the invoice. The amount is locked in when the invoice is issued, so changing your rate next season never rewrites a bill you already sent. There is a report of what you collected, broken out by jurisdiction, so filing a return means reading a screen instead of rebuilding a year from receipts. Sales tax you collected is no longer counted as your revenue, because it never was your money. If anything about a job's tax cannot be worked out, the app tells you which job and why instead of guessing at a number. QUOTES AND INVOICES GO BY TEXT Send a quote or an invoice as a secure link by text or email. Your customer opens it on their phone, reads it, and accepts or pays without downloading anything. PDF attachments are gone, which means no more files that fail to send or land in a spam folder. Quote acceptance links go out from your own business number. If a text cannot be sent for any reason, the invoice or quote stays as a draft you can recover instead of disappearing. Customers who never agreed to texts are still never texted. That has not changed and will not. A CUSTOMER SCREEN BUILT AROUND THE NEXT THING TO DO The customer overview is now four grouped subjects instead of eight separate cards, with the action you are most likely to want at the top. A way of contacting someone that cannot actually reach them is no longer offered. If there is no phone number on file, the text button is not there to be pressed. An agreed visit schedule can now be booked straight from the customer screen. Before, the app would describe a cadence it could not actually put on the calendar. SETTINGS SPLIT IN TWO Settings now holds the app and your account, and nothing else. Everything about running the business, sales tax included, moved to where your money already lives so you are not hunting through two places for one answer. STRONGER PROTECTION AROUND YOUR CUSTOMERS' DATA Requests to our servers are now verified as coming from a genuine copy of this app, and that check is enforced on stored files and photos too. One company's records cannot be reached from another company's account, and there is a test suite that attacks that boundary on every build to keep it that way. ONE NOTE ABOUT THE TRACKING PROMPT After you create your company, iPhone will ask once whether this app may track you. It is used for one thing: seeing which advertisement brought you here, so we spend less on advertising and can keep the price down. Your customers' names, addresses, phone numbers, and property locations are never shared with anyone, whichever way you answer. Decline and the app works exactly the same. FIXES Dozens of smaller corrections across quoting, scheduling, invoicing, and payments, including invoices that printed a blended tax rate instead of the one actually charged, and re-sending an invoice quietly changing its status.

YOUR CREW CAN NOW WORK WITHOUT CALLING YOU Crew members get the field tools they were asking you for: the lawn problem guide, the product library, the tank-mix calculator, and sprayer calibration. They can quote the property they are standing in, measure the lawn on the map while they are there, and send it to you. The job card was rebuilt. Buttons are the right size for gloved hands, the route line tells you where the crew actually is, and it no longer shows the wrong lawn. ROUTES THAT FIX THEMSELVES OVERNIGHT Tomorrow's stops now reorder themselves overnight, so a crew is never sent out to undo the route they drove yesterday. Customers who drifted onto the wrong day of the week get grouped back where they belong, a few at a time, without anyone rebuilding the schedule by hand. Optimize is honest about what it did. If a day is still going to be a bad drive, it warns the crew before they leave instead of after. Recurring visits are more reliable. The nightly job that creates them now works from a queue of what is actually due, so nothing gets skipped because it was not the right night. FROM THE LAST STOP TO A PAID INVOICE The route-to-invoice path is finished and twenty separate defects are gone. A stop you deferred for rain can be started again on its new day. An invoice is only marked ready when it really is. Arrival texts only go out for today's route, so nobody gets a message about a visit next week. Optimize and reorder no longer warn that work could not be saved when it saved fine. When something does go wrong, the message says what happened in plain words instead of a server code. BRING YOUR CUSTOMERS WITH YOU Import your book from Jobber, Yardbook, Housecall Pro, or any spreadsheet. Each one tells you exactly where to find the export in that service. It brings across customers and their properties only. It does not invent routes, schedules, crews, or prices, and a phone number in a spreadsheet never counts as permission to text somebody. One customer with three yards stays one customer with three yards. If you import the same file twice, the second run skips everything that already came through. FINDING THINGS The More tab is a list of what the app does rather than a wall of categories. Search finds what you would actually type: QuickBooks, QBO, Jobber, Yardbook, snow, deicing, salting. The lawn problem guide opens straight onto the library of over a hundred sourced conditions, instead of covering the screen with a picker. SMALLER THINGS YOU MIGHT NOTICE Text no longer breaks in the middle of a word on the Money screen when you use larger type. Buttons that do something look like buttons. Screens that were dead ends have a way back. QuickBooks is marked Coming Soon while Intuit reviews the app, so you are not sent into a sign-in that cannot finish yet. UNDER THE HOOD Your customers' details are better protected. Photos are stripped of hidden location data before they ever leave the phone, files on the device are encrypted while it is locked, and customer names, addresses, and phone numbers no longer appear in any diagnostic log. Signing out now clears the offline copy of your book from that device.
