First 50 cards free, no card details needed. Scan a business card at your stand and the contact is in your CRM before the conversation has finished.
Scan a business card at your stand and CardParse turns it into a structured contact: name, company, job title, email, phone and website, ready to work with before the conversation has finished.
HOW IT WORKS
Photograph the card. CardParse reads it and fills in the fields. Check anything it flagged, and the contact syncs out to wherever you keep your customers.
FLAGGED RATHER THAN GUESSED
Handwriting, foil, a phone number split across two lines: some cards are hard, and a scanner that quietly invents an email address costs you the contact and the follow up. CardParse marks the fields it is not sure about and puts them in front of you with the photograph of the card beside them, so a correction takes a second and nothing is filed wrong.
WORKS WITH NO SIGNAL
Exhibition halls have terrible reception. Cards you scan are queued on the phone and upload themselves when signal comes back, so you can work a full stand without watching a spinner.
WHERE YOUR CONTACTS GO
Google Sheets, HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, monday.com, Bitrix24 and Zapier, with a field mapping you set once. Or export the lot as CSV or vCard whenever you want it.
BUILT FOR THE WHOLE STAND
Contacts are grouped by event, so Expo West and CES stay apart without anybody tagging anything. Every scan records who took it. Invite the rest of the team and each person sees their own contacts, while the account owner sees all of them.
YOUR DATA
Card photographs are deleted from your account 7 days after the scan. Location data is stripped from every photograph before it is stored, because a business card photographed at an event carries the coordinates of the person who took it. Your contacts are yours: export everything and leave whenever you want.
CardParse holds no advertising identifier, contains no analytics or tracking, and never reads your phone's address book.
WHAT YOU NEED
CardParse works with a CardParse account, which your company creates at cardparse.com. Sign in on this phone with the same email address and password you use there. You can look around the app before doing any of that.
