Hello Fairy 4+

The app itself is pretty good for me. I haven’t had any connectivity issues and all the features seems to work well. However I wish they had a few more features that my other set of lights app has. First one would be an option to change to “bright white and warm white” for the white colors in the DIY menus. The second feature or update I wish this had was more modes/options for the waterfall effect. Right now it’s only up, down, left and right and when it’s in waterfall mode so half the tree is unlit so it would be cool if it could just do a continuous waterfall.

When the app works, it provides many cool features like complete customization of the lights. Unfortunately, I’ve been having lots of issues actually connecting to the lights. I turn my Bluetooth on and off, unplug and plug the lights back in, but connectivity issues persist.

Sometimes the app won’t detect the lights at all, while other times they will show up as an option but won’t let me select them. Sometimes I can view the light settings, but none of the changes I make take effect. Then, the app completely loses connectivity with the lights and I have to use the remote that came with.

If the connectivity issues could be resolved, this would be a great app for a fun product!

I just wanted to tell about my light I have in a jar. They are very pretty and work great with this app. What I did with these 2 strands of lights were so simple, I placed these inside a jar by just stuffing these lights in side and putting the lid on and tied it with some ribbon …1 strand per jar and placed them near my tv..I operate the lights using this app. The more messy they are in the jar the more interesting the light show is. I will say this I suffer from depression and anxiety these lights help me a little and every little bit is a good thing …just add music or a TV movie. I very much recommend the lights and this app.
